BGA Rework Operator

Location: Fremont, CA 94539

Schedule: Full-Time

1st Shift 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay: $28.00-$32.00/hour

Overview

Support PCBA production and RMA activity by performing BGA and similar component rework, replacement, and re-soldering using specialized rework equipment, while meeting safety, ESD, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

· Perform BGA/PCBA rework for production and RMA units

· Set up and operate BGA rework equipment; provide operational support as needed

· Complete post-rework inspection using microscope/X-ray and other tools

· Record rework/process data in MES

· Request/order replacement components via approved MT forms

· Follow all safety, ESD, and quality procedures

Requirements

· 3+ years hands-on BGA/PCBA rework experience

· Experience with rework/inspection equipment (e.g., SRT, AirVac)

· Working knowledge of solder paste and flux chemicals

· Familiarity with ESD practices and IPC-A-610; ISO 9001 a plus

· High school diploma (or equivalent experience); basic computer/data entry skills

· Ability to follow technical procedures; strong attention to detail; English communication skills
